Jayden Atkins embodies the essence of a seasoned construction professional. With a robust work ethic, excellent communication, and a knack for problem-solving.
Jayden has been in the industry working for some of the best custom home builders nationwide and has managed and delivered many outstanding residential and small commercial projects throughout his tenure. Whether it be residential, renovations or commercial ventures Jayden is the "hands-on" construction leader who you can rely on. Earning recognition at the Master Builder Awards in 2020 attests to his exceptional skills and commitment.

Jackson McNaughton
Jackson has an extremely diverse construction management background and is passionate about creating a construction industry and workplace.
Having 10+ experience in Commercial construction, working as a Project Manager and Contacts Manager, Jackson stands to deliver when it comes to making the construction process seamless. The vision for Activate Development was to create a better construction experience for clients, trades and employees alike. Jackson is passionate about providing the best portable client experience while looking after those involved in construction delivery.
